Our History

The Padillas family opened Zerorez® Metro in 2015 as an extension of their locally-owned carpet cleaning company in Prince William County. In March 2020, the Padillas took over the Zerorez® Fredericksburg franchise.

In 2016 and 2017, Zerorez® Fredericksburg earned the Zerorez® Standard of Excellence Customer Service Award. The prestigious award is just one of many achievements that prove our clients’ needs are at the forefront of what we do.
